CHA INSURANCE AGENCY
Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use cjhadisa.com, request information from CHA Insurance Agency, or communicate with us through authorized business channels.
Information we collect
When you use cjhadisa.com or request insurance information, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, state, insurance interests, appointment details, notes, and other information you choose to provide. We also collect limited technical and security information needed to protect the service, document consent, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested insurance information, prepare or discuss quotes, schedule appointments, service customer relationships, maintain records, improve our services, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you through channels you have authorized.
SMS/MMS privacy and consent
SMS/MMS consent is optional and is collected through two separate unchecked checkboxes on the CHA Insurance Agency intake form. One checkbox covers messages about the insurance inquiry you submit, requested quote follow-up, appointment reminders, and servicing or billing updates. A second, independent checkbox covers recurring marketing messages about insurance products, services, educational resources, and offers. You may select either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number by itself does not create SMS/MMS consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information is not shared for third-party marketing
Mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, and SMS/MMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers and communications carriers only as necessary to operate, secure, route, deliver, document, or support the communications you have authorized, subject to their service role and applicable requirements.
Referral information
If someone provides another person’s contact information as a referral, that referral does not create SMS/MMS consent for the referred person. CHA Insurance Agency requires the recipient’s own consent before treating that person as opted in to SMS/MMS messaging.
Information sharing
We may disclose information to service providers, insurance carriers, technology providers, professional advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, operate our systems, comply with law, protect rights and security, or carry out a transaction you request. We do not sell personal information as a data-broker product.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and business process involved. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, servicing, security, audit, compliance, dispute, and legal purposes, and then delete or de-identify information when appropriate.
Your choices
You may decline either or both optional SMS/MMS programs and still request insurance information. You may opt out of SMS/MMS by replying STOP. You may also contact us to request assistance with separate insurance-inquiry/service and marketing communication preferences or questions about information associated with your relationship with CHA Insurance Agency.
